Ross Pickering
Ross is passionate about health and fitness.
Through the application of knowledge Ross works closely with clients to ensure that they gain the advice and results they want. Having trained a variety of clients with needs ranging from rehabilitation to fat loss, Ross gains great pleasure in seeing clients achieve their goals through the dedication they put in.
He is qualified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and through the CHEK Institute as a CHEK Level 1 Practitioner , and continues to actively study.
Lee Merrien
Lee has worked in the fitness industry since 2003 and has coached athletes to a Commonwealth games qualifying standard, National Level, Island games medallists and record holders. In addition to working with athletes from athletics Lee also has experience training footballers, squash, cricket and rugby players and also cheer leaders. Through his role in athletics development he has worked with athletes from the age of 5 up to and including veteran level.
Outside of sport specific training Lee also has experience working with clients to help them achieve a wide variety of health and fitness goals. His experience ranges from working with people who wish to lose weight and improve their general fitness to those who need rehabilitating from an injury and injury prevention.
